A nice hotel with a few flaws! Since it was our first vacation with our 7 month old son, we treated ourselves to the suite for 3 nights. Room / suite The layout of the suite was very good, we had a lot of space and our son had a lot to discover. A staircase led to the four-poster bed in the sleeping area, the small but nice sauna was outside on the balcony. At best, there was room for two people in the sauna. Because the sauna was so small, it had a lot of steam. A bottle of peppermint is available as a scent. Unfortunately, some places in the room were overlooked when cleaning. It was dusty under the chair, on the four-poster bed there were many dead insects that trickled down when you got to the curtain, on the corners of the walls and on the ceiling in the sauna there were cobwebs and in the minibar was a milk carton from the previous guest. I reported this to reception the next day, nothing happened the same day and the next day the housekeeping came at my son's bedtime, so this flaw could not be fixed by the time I left. Otherwise, superficial like e.g. It was clean in bed, on the couch, in the bathroom / toilet, in the bathtub, on the floor, or on the balcony! reception For me there was the biggest point of criticism and that only affects one person, the rest of the team behaved flawlessly! When we checked in we were barely instructed by one person. In direct comparison to other hotels in this category, we were processed here very quickly. Not a word about breakfast, not a word about WiFi, not a word about the suite or anything else. I turned to this person about the complaint. The most disappointing of the whole, from that point on we were ignored by the person during the stay. She didn't look at us. When I left I described the circumstances to my colleagues again and they handled the situation in an exemplary manner. I think if I had had the two of them as contact persons for the complaint, everything would have been fixed. spa The spa area was very nice and clean. The staff was seldom seen, but when you encounter them they were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, some areas of application were closed due to Corona. Nevertheless, we were satisfied and could relax in the pool. I would have liked a cold plunge pool after the sauna, but the cold shower was fine too. At the bar there was a nice selection of teas that you could help yourself to. restaurant The highlight in this hotel is definitely the food in the restaurant! No matter what we chose, it was delicious! For breakfast you had a large selection at the buffet. The lunch snack was very tasty and filling. The dinner menu just a poem! The service staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Sometimes we forgot the cutlery or the greeting from the kitchen, but it was brought to us very quickly afterwards. When it got busy, it took a while before we could order our drinks. So that our son doesn't get loud, my wife and I take turns eating. Here the staff was very understanding and offered to serve the food one after the other. We felt comfortable here! General We came here to relax, so we hardly watched the Umrum entertainment program. We found the "Hotel News" at the dining table about the entertainment, weather and dinner to be very nice. If you want to stretch your feet a little, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the town center. Conclusion We will give the hotel one more chance as we were largely satisfied. The price-performance ratio was right, the food alone was excellent! Despite the inconvenience, I give it a good 3 out of 5 stars.

Furniture, applications, spa area very good. Excellent cuisine, sometimes a bit too "elegant" put together, of course a matter of taste, although in my opinion home-style cuisine is always well received. Service staff very courteous and attentive. Gladly to recommend.

After we enjoyed our stay last year, we booked a suit for a week this time. After a 750km long journey, we looked forward to the tranquility of the wellness hotel. However, shortly after our arrival, we had to find out that the visitors above our suit did not come with the same need for rest: impulsive noise, pounding around as if someone were beating a drum, moving furniture ?, 60 decibels noise level, extremely annoying and a real nightmare. We then had to find out that the residents above us were relatives or family members of the owner. The chambermaid informed us that they had arrived without notice, that she would speak to them again (she rolled her eyes meaningfully), but there was nothing that could be done about that. A short research revealed that there was a larger apartment above the suit with a large door and its own entrance directly by the elevator. Apparently there is a special case here: the owner family lives above guest rooms. The clarification with the receptionist then revealed that they were reluctant to be quieter, i.e. if we wanted rest we had to move. We ended up on the ground floor in a room of a lower category, near the electricity house with a view of a rose bush. There was no assistance in moving from the hotel, apart from the fact that the luggage trolley couldn't be pushed over because of the steps. We later learned that this was the dog owners' hallway (yapping dogs to the right and left of us). In over 30 years of hotel experience, nothing like this has happened to us. The message that was sent to us was clear and we understood it.

The food is mostly very tasty, for example the breakfast buffet. Good coffee. In the evening 5-course menu, from very good to very tasty. There are always enough seats inside and outside (currently Corona). Wellness is mainly textile with 2 pools, brine pools, loungers inside and with an umbrella outside. Very attractive. At the moment (Corona) only 2 saunas with a somewhat undersized non-textile area (e.g. no loungers outside or pool). The staff is very friendly. Can be done again.

We had a wonderful weekend despite the Corona requirements. Everything was implemented perfectly by the hotel, we felt very safe and yet not restricted. Otherwise, as always, everything was great in this hotel. Service and catering as it should be on vacation. The wellness area has been rebuilt, looks really great and invites you to relax and unwind.

The hotel was very friendly with delicious food and the service was delicious and good.

Unfortunately, no wifi connection all week, due to alleged technical problems, which is very problematic for me as a business traveler. For a 4 star hotel in this class, I would have wished at least one apology, even after asking several times when it would work again. The rest of the hotel was fine, but I will book somewhere else next time.

We were there for 3 days and very enthusiastic. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The kitchen first class!

A great hotel where you were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager upon check-in. The rooms are very spacious and clean - breakfast and dinner were great. The set birthday table with a small cake, champagne and a lovely card from the hotel was super nice - without us even mentioning the birthday - I was totally overwhelmed and excited. All in all very recommendable - we will be back.

If you are greeted at the front desk with a handshake, then you know that you are welcome. Where is there such a thing in hotels yet? Very nice hotel with a great facility around and pretty courtyard. I was here for business, you could tell, that the main focus is on free time. The age of the guests is also quite higher.

Very nice hotel. Great rooms, excellent food, beautiful spa area, very friendly staff (especially the lady from the bar was very charming and made us smile once or twice in the face). You can just relax in this hotel. We will definitely go there again. 😀

Very nice wellness hotel with thermal swimming pool, different saunas, beauty and massage as well as hammam. The food is excellent, breakfast buffet offers everything the ♥ desired, dinner either as a buffet with different appetizers, main courses and dessert, this is usually served. 🧀Buffet in the bar at the end. Own children's menu and also an ice cream 🍦 on request for dessert. We had a large gallery room on 2 levels, offers enough space. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only the lunch buffet could offer a bit more, the food was often only lukewarm.

Very nice hotel. Furnished with great attention to detail. Wonderful wellness area. Even the kids get matching microfiber bathrobes. There are even children's massages. The food is wonderful and the staff very friendly.
